Equipment sold for parts, repair, training, or export is NOT INTENDED FOR HOME USE or DIRECT PATIENT CARE in the United States. Rotala International LLC does NOT provide delivery, setup, instruction, or maintenance. We are NOT a Florida-licensed Home Medical Equipment (HME) provider. Florida Statute §400.93 does NOT apply because we do not sell "home medical equipment" to Florida consumers for home use.
Buyer is responsible for: – All FDA export certificates – Destination-country import rules (CE, ISO, etc.) – Decontamination & biohazard clearance – Any refurbishing or re-certification
