    All equipment sold by Rotala International LLC is sold on a final sale basis. We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or process exchanges under any circumstances.

    Equipment Sold "AS-IS"

    All equipment is sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS" and without any warranty, expressed or implied, including but not limited to:

    • No warranty of merchantability
    • No warranty of fitness for a particular purpose
    • No warranty of performance or functionality
    • No warranty of completeness or accuracy of description

    Equipment may be untested, non-functional, incomplete, or cosmetically damaged. Items may require inspection, repair, calibration, servicing, or certification before any use.

    Rotala International LLC is not the manufacturer of any equipment sold and assumes no manufacturer liability for any device.

    Intended Use

    All equipment is offered strictly for:

    • Parts harvesting
    • Repair and refurbishment
    • Training and education
    • Research purposes
    • Resale by qualified professionals
    • Export

    Equipment is NOT certified for clinical or patient use in the United States. Equipment is NOT intended for home use by consumers.

    No Exceptions to This Policy

    Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not available for any reason, including but not limited to:

    • Equipment does not power on or function
    • Equipment is missing parts, accessories, or components
    • Equipment does not match buyer expectations
    • Equipment fails inspection, testing, or certification
    • Buyer no longer wants or needs the equipment
    • Buyer ordered the wrong item
    • Equipment was damaged during shipping (claims must be filed with carrier)
    • Import restrictions or customs issues in the buyer's country

    Shipping Damage

    Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the equipment is released to the shipping carrier or made available for pickup.

    If equipment is damaged during transit, the buyer must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. Rotala International LLC is not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping.

    Buyer Responsibility

    By purchasing from Rotala International LLC, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that:

    • All equipment is sold AS-IS with no warranty
    • All sales are final with no returns, refunds, or exchanges
    • The buyer is a professional or qualified entity purchasing for parts, repair, training, research, resale, or export
    • The buyer assumes full responsibility for inspection, evaluation, and compliance with all applicable laws
    • The buyer is responsible for FDA export documentation, import regulations, and decontamination requirements

    Acceptance of Policy

    Purchase, payment of invoice, or acceptance of delivery constitutes full acceptance of this Return Policy and our Terms of Sale & Legal Disclaimer.
