Rotala International LLC offers new, refurbished, used, and parts/repair/training/export equipment. The condition grade, condition notes, testing status, included accessories, warranty (if any), return eligibility, and final sale terms for each item are stated on its individual listing and/or written quotation.

Equipment designated for parts, repair, training, or export, and any equipment offered IN THE CONDITION DESCRIBED ON ITS LISTING, is final sale and carries no returns, refunds, or warranty, express or implied, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Equipment in those categories may be untested and may require inspection, repair, calibration, servicing, or certification prior to any use. Except where a listing or quotation states otherwise, Rotala International LLC makes no representations or warranties regarding performance, functionality, merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Rotala International LLC is not the manufacturer of the equipment and assumes no manufacturer liability for any device sold.

Rotala International LLC does NOT provide:

• Installation
• Setup
• Calibration
• Inspection
• Certification
• Maintenance
• Technical support
• Training

The buyer assumes full responsibility for:

• Inspection and evaluation of equipment
• Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and international laws
• FDA export documentation where required
• Import regulations of the destination country
• Decontamination and biohazard clearance
• Any required repair, servicing, or recertification

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the equipment is released to the carrier or made available for pickup.

Shipping timelines and transport conditions are the responsibility of the carrier.

Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Rotala International LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, injuries, or liabilities arising from the possession, transport, resale, or use of the equipment.

Buyer acknowledges that any resale, transfer, redistribution, export, modification, or secondary sale of equipment purchased from Rotala International LLC is solely the responsibility of the buyer.

Rotala International LLC shall have no liability for any subsequent resale, transfer, export, servicing, modification, or use of the equipment by any third party.

Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Rotala International LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, injuries, regulatory actions, or liabilities arising from the resale, redistribution, export, or secondary use of the equipment.
